Mavericks, Inc., the developer of the AI video generation service NoLang and other generative AI products, has fully renewed its careers site and published new interview articles with employees and interns. The renewal is intended to give job seekers a clear picture of how people work at Mavericks, what the organizational culture is like, and what product development actually looks like day to day. Through this initiative, Mavericks is strengthening its recruitment communications and creating more points of contact as the organization grows.
About Mavericks, Inc.
Mavericks describes itself as a product-out generative AI startup, building products on top of advanced technology. Its flagship service, NoLang, is an AI video generation service that produces a video in as little as a few seconds from text, documents, a URL, audio, or video. Since its launch in July 2024, NoLang has kept expanding: short-form video generation for TikTok and Instagram, a feature that explains a PDF in one minute, and avatar generation from a photo and a voice sample, among others. As of December 2025, NoLang has passed 150,000 registered users and more than 60 corporate customers.
Try NoLangWhy the careers site was renewed
Rapid growth has pushed Mavericks to expand the organization on both the product development and the business side. In a growth phase like this, the company concluded that conventional recruitment information is not enough on its own, and that candidates need concrete material that lets them imagine what working at Mavericks would be like. Mavericks judged that the most effective way for job seekers to understand an engineering organization and its culture is content that carries the voices of the people who actually work there.
Mavericks therefore reviewed the structure of the entire careers site and rebuilt its information design around helping candidates understand the company before they apply. In practical terms, interview content with employees and interns working on the front line has been added alongside the existing job listings and pages explaining company programs. The interviews are written to convey personal experiences, day-to-day work, and how teams communicate, so that job seekers get a concrete sense of how Mavericks works, what it values, and how it develops products.
The renewal is not simply a matter of adding pages. It is part of a deliberate recruitment communications effort to strengthen the connection between candidates and the company and to raise the quality of the employer brand. Mavericks plans to keep improving the careers site on a regular basis and to continue strengthening the information it publishes to help candidates understand the company.
Interviews: what it is really like to work at Mavericks
Below are excerpts from the interviews published as part of the renewal. The full versions are available on the careers site.

This engineer built a career centered on infrastructure and joined Mavericks out of a desire to work hands-on with generative AI development. On NoLang, the engineer implemented the prompt caching feature, working on a design that absorbs the specification differences across multiple LLM providers.
The engineer points to an environment that allows real discretion from design through implementation, and to close discussion among colleagues during development, as the main attractions. Being able to work on both the application and the infrastructure side, the engineer says, has driven personal growth. An open development culture with fast responses, and lively discussion in the office, are described as characteristic of Mavericks.
Engineer interview 2
This engineer joined Mavericks drawn by “an environment where I can take on challenges in the technical areas I like, with colleagues who are both talented and genuinely likable.” The engineer handles proof-of-concept work for new NoLang features, including automatic generation of presentation videos from PDFs and avatar generation from still images, using state-of-the-art generative AI technology.
The engineer highlights an environment where feedback comes through close communication, and a team culture that combines warmth with full commitment to the work. As the phrase “all you need is resolve” suggests, the interview conveys a company that values the drive to grow over existing skills or track record, and that offers exceptional opportunities to do so.
Intern interview
This student first became interested in Mavericks as a NoLang user, and joined as an intern wanting to learn how a service is actually operated. Most recently the intern led the renewal of the NoLang landing page, covering everything from brand design through visual design and implementation.
The intern points to having substantial discretion despite being an intern, being involved from planning through release, and a culture in which interns can debate with full-time employees as equals. Working in a fast-moving development environment, the intern is gaining experience contributing to the product from both the engineering and the design side.
Hiring
Mavericks is actively hiring, for both full-time and intern positions, to further advance its generative AI products and expand the organization. The company places weight on the drive to grow and the willingness to take on challenges, and offers an environment designed to draw out each person’s potential. Current openings and details are listed on the careers site.
