A video manual is not a training video
A training video teaches a skill someone should carry with them, while a video manual is looked up mid-task and thrown away the moment the task is done. Training content is planned around what the learner should retain, so it can afford length, context and assessment. A manual is planned around a single procedure and is judged only by whether the viewer finished the job.
